Africa Productions ("we", "us") is a media production and AV integration business based in Cape Town, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), and the message you send us.

Newsletter signups: your email address.

Basic usage data: anonymous analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not use advertising trackers.

To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or services you request.

To send occasional updates if you have subscribed to them — you can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Personal information is stored securely, accessed only by people who need it to respond to you, and never sold or rented to third parties.

We retain enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you, or as required for legitimate business records.

The site is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages securely. Where we use external services for forms, analytics, or email, they are bound by their own privacy commitments and process data on our instruction.

Under POPIA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond promptly.
